1. How soon can I get a price quote?
For most projects, once we know the carton style, dimensions, paperboard type including caliper, printing requirements and quantity, we can provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.
2. How long will it take to receive my products?
As a general rule, it will take 2-3 weeks for us to produce your custom designed and printed products.
3. Can I have a custom designed and made packaging box?
We are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. All of our boxes are custom made based on your artwork and packaging need.
4. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, we do not suggest small orders. Our minimum order quantity is at least 500 pcs. It is recommended for you to order a 20"GP or 40"HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
5. Can I get a sample?
Yes, on some stock items. A nominal shipping charge, however, will apply. Certain items are excluded from our sample program. Samples based on your artwork and packaging need, are available, but will include a fee for the box plus estimated shipping costs. The sample making usually takes a week.
6. What are your office hours?
You can reach us between the hours of 9:00 A. M. and 6:00 P. M. GTM+8, Monday thru Saturday, except holidays.
7. Do you sell any additional products not listed on your online catalog?
We sell over 7,000 different types of cardboard packaging and are always adding new items to our website. However, every item that we currently sell is listed on our website. If you cannot find the exact packaging or shipping product that you are looking for, please e-mail your request and we will be happy to verify whether or not this is an item that we carry.
8. Do you have a price catalog?
We are a professional paper and corrugated printed packaging manufacturer. All of our packaging products are custom made as per your request and artwork. We do not have a price catalog.
9. Will you match competitors' prices?
If you find a lower price elsewhere on the exact same item, we will meet or beat that price as long as it does not reflect a competitor's free offer, rebate, bonus, one-of-a-kind, or other limited guarantee offer.
10. How do I know I can trust ordering from you?

11. Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in gift box design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect gift boxes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
12. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept FOB, CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
13.How to place the order to us?
Step 1.Quoting Price:
Please provide us the specifications of the products you want to purchase from us (size, material, printing, picture, quantity, or other requirements). The more details you provide for the costing, the better price you can get from us.
Step 2. Artwork File:
Pls send us the artwork file if you have.
Don't worry if you don't have an artwork file, as we also have our designers to assist you for your design artworks.
Step 3. Pre-production Sample
We normally need 5 - 7 days for making a pre-production sample for you to approve.
Step 4: 30% deposit
Step 5. Mass Production
We are having experienced merchandizer to follow your order producing status for you. You may ask our sales for taking pictures for you during each process.
Step 6. Inspection
-Customer's inspections are welcomed for in-line checking or final checking;
-3rd party inspection (ex. ITS, BV, LF, CTI...);
-Our Shanghai Office always will have QCs to do in-line inspection and final inspection.
